This is a very simple and delicious smoothie recipe. Almond Milk is a great low calorie liquid base. Greek
yogurt will add  in  a big punch of protein and  fiber. Raspberry and Strawberry  will provide a nice
antioxidant boost with all of the vitamins and fiber you need for optimal health.
1 Cup Almond Milk
½ Cup Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Raspberry
½ Cup Strawberry
